  • Are you passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow in a supportive, education-driven salon? Savvy Hair Loft is hiring a Salon Assistant to join our creative, connection-focused team. This is the perfect role for a recent cosmetology grad or current student who is ready to learn the ins and outs of a luxury salon environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    •  Support stylists with shampooing, toning, and prepping services

    •  Maintain the salon’s polished, professional atmosphere

  • We’re looking for a confident, experienced, and service-minded Retail Manager & Customer Service Expert to lead our front desk and retail experience. You’ll be the face of the salon, ensuring smooth daily operations, building guest loyalty, and contributing to our vibrant team culture.

    Key Responsibilities:
        •    Oversee front desk operations with efficiency and enthusiasm
        •    Greet and check in/out clients with a friendly, polished approach
        •    Manage retail sales, inventory tracking, and product merchandising
        •    Support salon staff and assist in client scheduling
        •    Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
        •    Implement systems to streamline operations and enhance serviceQualifications:
        •    Previous experience in a retail or front desk management role (salon/spa industry a plus)
        •    Excellent communication and organizational skills
        •    Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS/salon booking systems
        •    Friendly, team-oriented, and passionate about customer service
        •    Ability to lead, multitask, and problem-solve under pressure
